Councillor Advice Surgery Dates

Labour Councillor Melanie Davis holds advice surgeries on the First Saturday of every month. They are:

Between 10am and 11am at
All Saints Church in Eaton Road.

And between 11.30am and 12.30pm at Vallance Community Centre,
Conway Court, Sackville Road, Hove.

...with a local Police Community Support Officer in attendance. Everyone is welcome and no no appointment is needed.

From 2008 the surgeries go mobile while remaining on the first Saturday of every month. Melanie plans to leaflet a small area of roads in advance with her details, asking people to make an appointment, call or invite her to come and discuss the local issues that concern them.

The types of issues you can bring to the surgeries include almost anything that affects your local community. This can include schools, bins, trees, street cleaning, social care, traffic and parking, community safety or housing.
